Good question, and yes..actually.
Here's the trick, as of now, this is only possible (that i'm aware of) with WMR 12.1.
The good news is, they recently updated their software allowing you to record many rtmp streams, BUT you cant record as many as some other programs might let you.
There are a few ways to do this:
First of all, I would recommend downloading the demo and testing it to make sure it meets your expectations. The only difference between the demo and the full is the demo has a maximum of 2 minutes of recording time for each recording.
You can download the demo from:
http://www.wmrecorder.com/demo.htm At any rate, he's what you do. :-)1. Known URL Recording Paste the URL in the URL box on the main screen. Enter a file name (say Video.wmv) in the File box. Click Record.
The recording window (black) opens (if not click Status) and recording begins. While recording goes on click PREVIEW on the main blue screen, then click "Play Recording Channel 0". This plays the actual recorded file from your computer.
Close the recording window when finished recording.
2. Recording a saved URL(If you already watched it before, it's in your history making this possible and easy)
Open View / Saved Links / Windows Media. The URL that you just played should have been captured and be displayed. Double click the URL to record.
5. Record and capture URL from Windows Media Player (PRO mode)
Anyways, check out the demo, and Let me know if this does the trick for you!
