WMR 14.1 is out out and includes even MORE features, INCLUDING the ability to record from BBC!
The upgraded WMR 14 includes the following updates.
* Improved Flash Video recording.
* All downloaded Flash Videos are seekable, including Webcam recordings.
* Record Flash radio streams in AAC format.
* Record, pause and rewind live Flash radio and TV streams.
* Improved high speed Flash download and reconnect for recording longer streams.
* New WMSDK recording mode captures more Windows Media formats.
* Downloaded Real Player files are fully compatible with Real Player 11.
* New LIST view makes it easier to find and convert recordings.
* New ergonomic user interface.

What's new
1. Automatic updates - upgraded files are automatically downloaded replacing
the existing files. The automatic updates can be disabled/enabled from
Settings.
2. The Flash RTMP files can now be recorded in two ways - with or without
real time preview (from OPTIONS / Flash RTMP download options). When the
real time preview is disabled the recorded file can only be visible when the
recording is COMPLETE or the user cancels the download. Otherwise you can
preview the actual file while the recording goes on.
Other then this, some bug fixes.
