I'm not sure how to put this, is it possible to record a VIDEO of what's on my screen, but not the whole screen...just a portion of the screen that I select?

Actually, yeah it's pretty easy

Check out Replay Screen Cast and let me know what you think, i've been using screen cast now for almost a year and it's great, basically..it lets you record what-ever is on your screen, a portion, or the entire thing if you prefer. It's pretty cool, and pretty dang easy to use too.

Actually, here, check out this quick video tutorial on how to use it (i took this from applians site, I hope they dont mind, hehe)
