How can you record clips from a video playing on Windows Media Player?

I'm trying to make an AMV, my first, for Vampire Knight. I have all the episodes on my computer, but since I only want a couple of seconds from each one, I need to grab clips from the video. The only video recording software I have is FRAPS, and that doesn't work for WMP. Any ideas on how to get the clips, or a website I can download the clips from?

Check out Replay Video Capture for this - it'll let you record webcams, movies, what you're doing on the screen, pretty much anything you can see on your screen, actually - just like a screenshot, only moving. :)
